The conference is free of charge. Travel and accommodation costs should be covered by each participant.
The conference will be held in English and Spanish with simultaneous translation during the conference, and consecutive interpretation or language support provided during field visits and workshops.
Capacity for in-person participation is limited. Your registration will be confirmed via email in the coming weeks based on availability of limited spots, giving priority to city and municipal representatives, while aiming to achieve a diverse geographic global representation in the event. If we can't accommodate your request for in-person participation, you will be invited to follow the main sessions of the event online.
