IMPROVING THE TREE COVER AS A MEASURE THAT HELPS WITH THERMAL COMFORT, HEAT ISLANDS IN THE CITY, SCENIC BEAUTY OF THE PARK AS A CULTURAL ECOSYSTEM SERVICE, IMPROVES AIR QUALITY IN THE AREA AND ENCOURAGES OUTDOOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, PROMOTES SOCIAL EXCHANGE DIRECTLY IMPACTING THE HEALTH AND WELFARE OF USERS.
