Municipal Development Plan "Government of the People 2020 2023" of Monteria, Colombia.

The Development Plan of the Municipality of Monteria "Government of the People 2020 2023" is the strategic roadmap of the municipal administration for the government period from 2020 to 2023. The formulation of the document was based on the social needs expressed by the Monteria community through the participatory strategy of meetings with the people and is articulated with the national development plan, the departmental development plan and the sustainable development goals. At the technical level, the document is structured taking into account the single territorial form of the National Planning Department and the product indicator base contained in the Territorial Planning Kit. The Desarrolla plan makes strategic decisions for the restoration of the Sinú River and the management of the eco-systems along the river.
